Professor John Searl

As a child, in 1936, John was placed in the care of Dr. Barnado's homes in Woodford Bridge and was later cared for in a foster home in Suffolk, England. After completing his childhood education in 1946 at Russell Coates Naval school he returned to the Dr. Barnado home in Woodford Bridge.

Later that year he began work at British Rewind Electrical Repairs Ltd, at Grays Inn Road, London. Lived at 30 Crawly Road, Turnpike Lane, Wood Green, London. This is where John was to experiment with his ideas and prove, by accident that the conventional scientists are not always correct.

Richard graduated in electrical engineering from Newcastle University in 1990. He worked on engineering projects for NEI (latterly Rolls Royce) from 1986 until 2002, when he left the profession to work as a freelance IT consultant and web designer.

Author, journalist and TV personality Nick Pope used to run the British Government's UFO project at the Ministry of Defence. Initially sceptical, his research and investigation into the UFO phenomenon and access to classified government files on the subject soon convinced him that the phenomenon raised important defence and national security issues, especially when the witnesses were military pilots, or where UFOs were tracked on radar.

Gary Heseltine Biography

Gary HeseltineGary Heseltine is a retired British police detective constable with over 22 years service. In 2002 founded the PRUFOS (Police Reporting UFO Sightings) database which caters for serving and retired British police UFO sighting reports.

David GriffinDavid Griffin was born in the Midlands and currently lives in Nottingham in the UK. He studied for a 'Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution' degree at Bradford University.

He has worked in virtual learning and learning innovation after obtaining an MSc in Interactive Media and Education, with emphasis on Human Computer Interaction, but also a variety of areas including NHS support for people with chronic addictions and public policy research with the Joseph Rowntree foundation.
