After Disclosure (co-authored with Richard Dolan) and his Hollywood experiences telling stories of alien contact (Dark Skies, Taken, Official Denial), Bryce weaves a compelling story about what happens after the powers-that-be acknowledge that at least some UFOs are from some place that isn’t here.

He lays out his scenarios minute-by-minute in a high level of specificity, discussing the changes that will come to government, finance, politics, the military, education, culture, spirituality and science. Wilbert Brockhouse Smith was a writer who, through the 1940’s and 1950’s, rose to a high position in the Canadian Government and eventually became the Superintendent of Radio Regulations.
